When you have been given the date for your lap band operation, you will also be advised to go on a strict liquid pre op lap band diet for 7 days before.
A liquid diet is what it says, nothing other than liquids, so soups, shakes, smoothies etc, everything blended. The video I feature in today's article is from a lady called Angie who has just been in for her pre op consultation and has returned from shopping following the recommendations of her surgical team.
