Whilst weight loss surgery may seem like a certain cure for anyone who is seriously overweight and can't seem to control it themselves using diet and exercise, but it is still not a guaranteed certainty and there may be many lap band complications after the surgery itself.
With the lap band there needs to be a dramatic change in eating habits. Remember this is not a magic solution that solves everything... you pay you're money and you are cured!

You Might Have These Lap Band Problems
I've just added a couple of really good videos from a woman called Wendy from southern California. The main video discusses the lap band problems she is having herself. She goes on to explain that even though she is experiencing some side effects of having a lap band fitted, she knows what they are and how to avoid them in the future.
This is a real eye opener for anyone looking to have a lap band because it mentions lap band problems that many people don't mention, even though not very severe, it's useful know what to expect.
Later in the same video Wendy explains why she feels there are so few negative accounts out there... very interesting!
I've also included a before video clip to show Wendy as she was before the operation, but the main focus of this page are any lap band problems and how to avoid this one in particular.

Journey Through Lap Band Surgery Video
Just added a really cool new video clip by a very pretty lady from America called patience who went through lap band surgery.
The video charts her progress through from 2005 to 2010 when she manages to lose a LOT of weight in a very short amount of time.
The clip is very inspirational as I think it shows that there is something through the other side after lap band surgery as those contemplating this kind of procedure really don't thave the benefit of seeing how they could be after the operation, so seeing inspiring video clips like these can really help to make it clear in the mind exactly what it is they are hoping to achieve.
